Yeovil go into this match in sixth place in the table and in the middle of a wonderful season, one which could culminate them being in the Championship under Gary Johnson who is back in charge at Huish Park. The Glovers expect Jamie McAllister to be fit despite being substituted with injury in Yeovil’s last game. Recent loan signings Vitalijs Maksimenko and Jordan Cook could make their debuts for Yeovil, who have won just one of their last five matches.
Swindon’s form hasn’t been much better. They too have won just one of their last five matches and they lost to Brentford last time out to leave themselves in sixth place coming into this match. Despite being 5th Swindon are only six points behind leaders Doncaster with a game in hand. Swindon will be without Alan Navarro who is injured while Louis Thompson is away with Wales under 21’s.
Swindon have had a lot of media coverage in recent weeks since the Paolo di Canio departure and that has affected their form so they will be hoping to get back to some kind of normality in this match but it won’t be easy taking on a Yeovil side who have lost just one of their last thirteen league matches. Swindon have only won three of their last 10 in the league and with only Brentford having more home wins than Yeovil I think the home side are overpriced here. With both desperate for the points though I’ll edge on the side of caution and take Yeovil draw no bet.
